SCARAB AND US!

Scarab is a part of our lives! The designs of Janine have brought us immense joy over the years, and she has become our go-to jeweller for all our needs…from family presents (Scarab pendants), to friend presents (we all now have the same Scarab bracelet), to our precious wedding rings!

Janine has a unique way of interpreting a brief. She listens carefully, is respectful, but also adds her own interpretation. She is a true professional and immensely talented.
When it came to our wedding rings, we knew that as a more mature couple we were not interested in solitaires or encrusted diamond rings. Rather we wanted an elegant, but solid and definite set of rings that spoke of strength and simplicity. Janine’s design was, from the start, perfect. The rings are a combination of white and yellow gold bands, and they speak to each other… a pure joy.
After ten years of marriage, we thought it would be lovely to celebrate with a diamond ring… so back to Janine we went. We wanted two diamonds to represent our union, also in a simple setting. Janine acquired a few absolutely beautiful diamonds for us to choose from, and then designed the ring to celebrate their elegance. I was not planning to wear this ring with my wedding band…but I couldn’t resist it. Now they live happily together and I smile every time I look at them.

Goodness knows how we will celebrate our 20-year wedding anniversary, but one thing is for sure, if we need any jewellery we will be making our way to Scarab. There is no other jeweller for us!
