Jewels of the Sea

In the run up to the two oceans marathon, we decided to hit the beach with a treasure trove of jewels…

We couldn’t help but wonder how beautiful our jewels would look photographed at the beach. So we packed up some loot from the Scarab Showroom in Cavendish, and set off with iPhones and cameras to Bakoven in the late afternoon. We loved how the Aqua blue sea, Peridot-green seaweed, pearl-white shells and grey boulders complemented the pieces. We present our “Jewels of the Sea” in these gorgeous shots.

Naturally, the afternoon sun didn’t stay around for as long as we would’ve liked – but we’ll definitely do more exciting beach shots again.
